Moppa Vintners is a modern, versatile and well equipped specialized contract winemaking facility located in the Barossa Valley.
We cater for small and large clients, ranging from 3 tonnes to 1000 tonnes. Because we are completely independent, you can be assured that every service, no matter how big or small, receives meticulous attention.
Red tank fermenters range in size from 4 tonne to 30 tonne capacity.
Open Fermenters: 4T – 10T
Static Fermenters: 9T – 19T
SWAP Fermenters: 30T
White tank fermenters range in size from 1.1kL to 23.5kL.
Whole bunch pressing is available if required.
A digital wine tracking system facilitates the complex production process.
Long Term Storage of wine in tank is available, ranging from 23.5kL to 92kL. A fully maintained barrel storage facility is also available.
We are fortunate to have an independent bottling facility on-site, giving clients convenient bottling options.
Moppa Vintners is HACCP and Organic certified. We are one of the few facilities certified to process organic wine.
